Booking & Payment Policy

Before finalizing your quote, we’ll complete a property walkthrough and consultation with you to ensure every detail of your cleaning service is tailored to your specific needs. This step helps us provide an accurate pricing and ensures expectations are clear from the start.

Once your quote is approved, a 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit allows us to reserve your service date, prepare the necessary supplies, and schedule the right team for your home or business.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The remaining balance, including any eligible discounts, will be clearly reflected on your final invoice and is due immediately after your service is completed. All invoices are processed securely through Chase Bank, where you can conveniently pay by debit or credit card.
